Matt Warren
Pastor
Matt is originally from Ashland, LA. He is married to Britiney and they have four children. Prior to coming to MCBC, he graduated from Louisiana College and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He enjoys golfing, hunting and fishing, and traveling with his family.
Stacy Alford
Music Minister
Stacy grew up in the Mount Carmel Community. A longtime member of MCBC, she joined the staff after sensing God's gifting and call to lead others in worship through music. She is married to Chris and has three children. Stacy also works at Sabine State Bank.

Justin Sepulvado
Student Minister
Justin is from the Florien area and has been a member at MCBC since childhood. After volunteering with the youth for several years, he joined our staff. He is married to Sarie and they have two children.
Sandra Stewart
Ministry Assistant
Sandra is an invaluable part of our team. As our ministry assistant, she manages the church office and keeps everything running smoothly. Sandra and her husband live in the Mt. Carmel Community and have three grown children.
